PRE-ORDER NOTICE (4-6 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME)

ALL ITEMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON ARIZE ABOVE ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS.

This means your order is not shipping immediately. Each piece is being produced after orders are placed so we can create high-quality products without overproduction.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is part of a PRE-ORDER release.


PRE-ORDER TIMELINE

Estimated delivery time for all pre-orders is:

4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

All orders are expected to be delivered no later than May 1st, 2026.

Production, quality checks, and shipping all take time, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


WHY WE USE PRE-ORDERS

As a growing brand, pre-orders allow us to focus on quality and intentional production instead of mass manufacturing.

Your support during this stage helps us build the brand the right way.

With your support now, future releases will move toward ready-to-ship inventory so pre-orders won’t be necessary (We don't like pre order either).

Every order helps us take that next step.


ORDER PROCESSING

After your order is placed:

  1. Your order enters our production queue

  2. Items are manufactured and quality checked

  3. Orders are packaged and shipped

  4. You receive a tracking number via email

Please allow time for this process, as each piece is part of a limited production run.


SHIPPING TIMES (AFTER PRODUCTION)

Once your order ships:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times may vary depending on your country and local carrier services.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, depending on their country.


ORDER CHANGES

Because production begins shortly after orders are placed, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

ARIZE ABOVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, ARIZE ABOVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will still do our best to assist you where possible.
