REFUND POLICY

At ARIZE ABOVE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at hello@arizeabove.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • A $10 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please:

Request a return for your original order

Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures the fastest processing.


DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@arizeabove.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and make it right.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@arizeabove.com.


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
